Compromised account via primary email

Primary email was changed to one that is not mine. I have access to the original email, I'm signed into the EA account via xbox login. I've tried submitting a case, but it has so far resulted in "Unable to support with this, please check our support forums.". I just need to have the email returned to the original. Trying to submit a case and get in touch with a support agent shouldn't be harder than finding a unicorn.
