Yeah, I have had this issue for years. When I first made my other ea account is was linked with an unkown email address that I did not recognize. I think the ea account created an email with the name of my xbox gamertag. For example, Xbox gamertag "Test123", and the email linked with the ea account was literally "Test123@ and the email domain". Which makes absolutely no sense. They never helped me with this issue and gaveup on it years ago. I am going to give it a try again since I want to play Battlefield 6.
