EA Creator Network Application doesn't work as excepted

Hi there, 

I'm trying to resubmit my application to EA Creator Network but the button "Review & Resubmit" can't be clicked nor "Return to Creator Network". It's like two images button and no action buttons. 

I also see my previous application (from 2024) but can't do anything on that page except click on the top left EA logo to go back to the EA Creator Network Homepage.

I tried everything (clear cache, private navigation, other browser...) it seems that the webpage is "broken"

Can you help me going through this?

  • i have the exact same issue!!
    my application status is closed. my last submit was on Apr 29, 2025
    when i click on "request to join", "sign in", or "check the status of your request", it always redirects me to this page:

    https://creatornetwork.ea.com/interested-creators/application-rejected

     


    the button "review and resubmit" is not working (neither does the other button)
    i contacted ea help they told me to post on the forums

    We can try to pass the feedback on Teygan_Sims​ but also worth checking the site FAQ for info on issues like this.

    Let's give it a few hours, maybe 24 Teygan_Sims​ and let me know if that makes a difference.

    If the issue remains we can look into getting this to the right team.

    Thanks for your answer. Yes I tried on different networks and devices as well with no success.
    If you can give the word to your IT department it could be great just in case. 

    I'll wait and retry occasionally to see if the feature becomes available.

    Hey Teygan_Sims​ we can't really help with issues around the creator network, we can pass feedback on but generally what we can do is limited. But that doesn't mean we won't do what we can to help.

    Is it possible to try on a different device and network to see if you have the same issue?

    Can see odd things like this pop up from time to time.
