I've been fighting this for a few days now after finally figuring out that my xbox account was linked to an old EA account that got permanently disabled due to inactivity. This means that ALL of my EA games that I've bought over the years are now unplayable. I've been trying to use the only help EA provides with the chat advisors but the 300+ minute wait times are ridiculous. And then if you miss the advisor when they do join the chat you have to start the process all over again. I've yet to see something less than "99+" in that chat window. Expecting customers to wait indefinitely is for customer service is a poor business model. You make plenty of money EA, you can do better than this for customer service.
