got hacked and when i restored the account it was banned

Hey everyone, I just wanted to explain my situation — my FC 26 account was hacked recently, and when I finally recovered it, I found out it had been banned 
I’ve already submitted a support ticket explaining that the ban happened while I didn’t have control of the account.
If anyone has been through something similar or knows a faster way to reach EA support, I’d really appreciate any advice.

    Hello HusseinOka​,

    this issue should be fixed now - could you please try creating a case again? This time, it should get registered correctly.

    Hello HusseinOka​,

    contacting Support through the appeal process is the only way to contact Support regarding bans. I would however suggest contacting Support regarding your hack as well, if you haven't done that yet, just to make sure that your account is secure.

    cant appeal every time i try to appeal it tells me that it didnot complete

    What message exactly are you getting, when you try to submit an appeal? If it's that you should try again in a few hours, that website issue is known and is currently being looked into. We'll let you know once that's fixed, and you can try again to make an appeal case then.
