I cannot delete my EA Forums Account

I have tried with 6 different chat support specialists to delete only my EA forums account, they all tell me their "tool" does not allow them to do this.  They refer me to higher ups, I get an email...

This link clearly says I am able to delete only my forums account with deleting my entire EA account, and so did the higher ups, but the chat support people who have the power to do it all say it is not possible.
