Im going through the same issue right now with TWO accounts. I've tried just about anything on the website but all i get is AI routing me to the same BS that does nothing. I found a link to put in a request for the issue but when you press submit nothing happens ONCE AGAIN. I get no email trying to confirm that i just made a ticket with and i made an extra account just to try to do it under that and track it that way with the "my cases" tab but it tells me I HAVENT MADE ANY SUPPORT CASES WITH EA. WTF?
bro I can't find the so-called manual customer service at all. I have sent about 4 emails in the past two days, but no one has responded at all. Get rid of these guys working with salaries. According to TikTok, it may take a week to recover XDXD
