Insta banned for….?

I wanted to play the new battlefield game. I received a beta code on twitch so naturally I created a brand new account like I needed to do to play the game. I entered my code that I received and downloaded the beta. The day that the game because available to play I logged in to play only to see my account had been banned for “terms of sale” violations. I have no idea what that means nor did I get an explanation as to what exactly I did to violate that term. Not only that when I appealed and asked for an explanation, I wasn’t give one and only got a “your ban was upheld” response. I had this account for maybe 48 hours, didn’t purchase anything, didn’t play anything, frankly didn’t even use it, yet I’m perma banned and can’t unlink my steam account which is now useless in the EA world. I don’t get it it’s like they don’t want my money lol. All I want is an explanation and my steam account unlinked if they won’t unban me for whatever reason. I’m so confused about this whole thing and the fact that I can’t even talk to a real person about it is crazy.
