merge my old ea account with my new one so I can get my purchases back
I have been unable to contact a advisor because the chat button leaves when I refresh the site. I would like to merge my account I made in 2018 under my Moms email to my main account I made in 2023 under my email. the live chat never turns up when going to my cases, and when it says an advisor has responded they are too late/I don't end up knowing and then they end the case or say its solved when its not. all i need is what I purchased and earned on my old account to be put onto my current account. I have all the info needed for both accounts.
the reason for this happening was because I wanted to link my twitch and Xbox onto my email's account so I could play the Battlefield 6 beta but didn't realize all of my old battlefield and ea games purchases were on my moms email account. Now i cant unlink my Xbox and put it back on for another 5 months, even if I wanted to I would just lose the progress from the battlefield 6 beta.
