Hey. My old account was hacked and banned, working with ea live chat i managed to get it changed back to my email. now i've been trying to appeal the ban for 2 months. every time i start a case i never hear anything back then the one time i did i was told my account didn't have a ban (it still does) since this account is link to my xbox i'm unable to play an EA game on my console and unable to unlink because of the ban. whenever i try resume a case and add info it tells me that theirs no advisor support for my issues. i'm completely lost on what to do. i created this account to help talk to EA

Nobody can assist you on the forums with bans, the EA ToS team handles all bans.
