i, I’m posting here because I’ve exhausted every other option. My EA account was hacked, and now I can’t access it or play any EA games on my PS5.
My PSN ID is GodzPR_ERO, and my original EA email was edgardo_ro@.com
However, when I try to play an EA game on PS5, it shows a login screen with a fake email: nu*****@maillv.com, which I’ve never used.
I have no access to that email or to the authenticator. I didn’t authorize any linking, and now I’m completely locked out.
I’ve already submitted several recovery forms through help.ea.com, and also messaged @EAHelp on Twitter, but no one has responded.
I also contacted PlayStation Support, but they confirmed only EA can unlink or recover the account.
The last time I used my EA account was for Battlefield V and Apex Legends, but I don’t remember the exact date. Now I can’t even buy or play Battlefield 6, which is what I want to do.
Please, can a moderator or EA staff help me recover access or unlink this fake EA account from my PSN?
I have a screenshot that shows the wrong email on my PS5. I’m happy to provide anything needed to verify my identity.

same here, shows wrong email and that the account is on the disabled.ea.com server for psn, but my pc account works with no mention of the wrong email address or psn
