No Customer service WHY?

This level of incompetence is criminal. There is no means of correcting an issue EA created. I had an EA acct. for close to 15 yrs. but it was not in use the last 4 and was linked to PS acct. It was initially created on a ISP that no longer exists. When BF6 was purcha$ed and installed "Please reset your password " comes up.(expired credentials) This was not possible due to the long gone ISP. So I created a new EA acct. (Had to change gamer tag of 25 yrs.) New EA acct will not connect because previous acct. Tried every avenue available to get technical service or live chat submitted 3 cases but got no confirmations 401 & 404 page errors are plentiful though. Gonna miss the beta and probably the game since there is no chance of any timely CUSTOMER SERVICE.
