Sorry to hear that you are having issues paylimted and while I understand that it is a frustrating experience, our team needs to verify account ownership before they can take any action to assist you. If you are unable to verify account ownership, then our team will not be able to assist you.
We take security very seriously and only the verified account owner can gain access to or have changes made to an account. It's not something that our team can help you get around, they need to verify beyond doubt that they are speaking with the account owner.
The best thing I can suggest is to gather as much additional info as possible, old email accounts, any purchase receipts, older devices that you may have used to log in and remain logged in, and then speak with the team again.
