Currently, when I try to log in to EA services using my Microsoft account, it automatically connects to the old EA account instead of allowing me to link it with my new or intended account.
I would like to have the Microsoft account completely unlinked from the old EA account so I can associate it with the correct one.

I had to remove your images as they should private account details. Never show this information on public forums. It can be used to compromise your account.
