EA have hijacked my Gamertags

So i recently logged in to my EA account using my PSN account because the email linked to it has been deactivated for years now.

I am trying to recover the account but everything i do in account settings sends a verification to my linked email, which as i said, has been deactivated for many years.

I have tried customer support 3 times and they keep saying that i failed some of their security questions (one of them being 'what is your ip, which is very sus) but they do not tell  me which info is incorrect. To my knowledge, i am answering them correctly.

At this point i just made a new account, but my PSN and XBOX tags are still linked to the old account. Is there a way to unlink them via PS or Microsoft? As i feel EA will not reasonable determine that i am who i say i am even though i am posting this from said old account.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
