My EA account is currently linked to an old Steam account that I no longer use. I would like to unlink this Stam account and connect a new Steam account instead. When I try to link the new one, I get the error message; "This EA account is already linked to another Steam account."
Could you plase help me unlink the old Steam account or let me know if there is a way to change it?
Community ManagerIf you're looking to remove the Steam account, as you have access to the EA account, you should be able to unlink the accounts by following these steps here. In case you need assistance during these steps, if you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you will see a "Contact Us" button. Click on that button, fill out the form, and you will be presented with the contact options available.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that I no longer have access to the old Steam account that is currently linked. I only have acces to my EA account and my new Steam account.
In this case, should I contact EA Help directly and open a case? If so, could you please share the correct link or steps for contacting EA help?
