Hello, I've been an EA Play Pro user for a long time. I received an email on September 24, 2025, that my membership would be renewed at the old price. Due to an issue today, my credit card wasn't charged, and I received an email canceling my membership. I'm trying to renew my membership with a different credit card before September 24, 2025, but I can't. I want to renew my membership at the same price. This is very urgent and important to me!
I've been an active member since 2022 and play EA FC for hours every year. I'm reaching out to you regarding the cancellation email stating, "If you did not cancel your EA Play membership, or feel like you've received this message in error, please contact our customer support team." Please help. Paying 120 USD when I could have renewed my account with 999 TL in my country's currency makes a huge difference to me.
You can see here that the credit card was not charged due to an error. I logged in the same day to renew it for 999 TRY, but it didn't allow me to renew.
