I have now tried for a few days to gain access to the online features in FC 24. The game boots up fine, but says I need to reset my password because it has expired. I scan the QR code displayed on screen, change the code and so on. But nothing happens in the game. Any suggestions. I have tried uninstalling the game 2 times. And yes, I have PS plus

Also, have you checked if the account where you're resetting the password is linked to your console account?
The password resets as it should.
Yes. It is the same username I’m changing the password to.
Community ManagerIf you go to your to the Connections tab in your EA Account settings portal, do you see the PlayStation account linked to your EA account?

Community ManagerIt seems that the EA account is disabled. Re-setting the password should help re-enabling the account. As this doesn't seem to be working when you reset the password, please contact EA Help Support so they can take a look at your account and assist you further.
