I (the parent) bought FC24 Ultimate Edition for my son as a surprise for his Xbox One S, he downloaded the game on his account but the additional bonus content does not appear to be there. He has played for a few days now but still no 4600 points.
Any Idea how he can access the bonus pre order content?

I opened a case with EA, and their reply is only "the bonus items are for the account that made the purchase only". They don't care that it was a gift, for a minor, or anything else. When asked if they expected a minor to purchase their own games and how they would do that, the answer was unrelated.
Extremely disappointing, think I won't be pre-ordering anything from EA from here on out...
I'm in exactly the same position, purchased EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition for Xbox Series S and my son can't access any of the Ultimate content or points. My son is extremely disappointed and so am I!

I don’t use the Xbox and have not downloaded FC24 on my (parent) account. My son downloaded it on his.
I am reluctant to download and open FC24 on my account as I fear any bonus content may be there and EA would say I have then claimed it.

Exactly the same. I purchased eafc Ultimate for my son on our ps5. Downloaded it night before his birthday and low and behold when he logs in on his account he was so disappointed there were no fifa points.
He is part of my family ea account so surely ea can move these to my sons ea account?

I still have no solution from EA! I am still chasing them up but am not really hopeful they will sort it out.
