Re: XBOX ONE S/FC 24 DOES NOT OPEN

The game gets stuck on the opening screen. No matter how long I wait, it doesn't go any further than this. I'm facing the same problem since yesterday. When I contacted Xbox Support, they directed me here.

Do you have anything plugged into the USB ports? A headset receiver, controller, racing wheel, etc. If so, unplug these and try again. Should that work, you can plug everything back in once past that screen.

no, no device is plugged in.

Normally, unplugging devices or reinstalling takes care of this. Something else you can try is deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the FC 24 tile.
2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

I got this same exact problem with FC24. Series S. Stuck on the white loading screen forever. No device connected to usb port. i tried reinstall and delete Saved Data with no luck.

Please help.

As you said, I cleared the data and tried again, but there was no change. 

Won't an EA employee come forward and say what the problem is? I don't know if you are aware, but we buy this game by paying big money. 

If you will not inform me about the problem, I will receive a refund from Microsoft today.

Are you sure there's absolutely nothing connecting to the USB ports? That is normally what causes this. Deleting and reinstalling has resolved it for some as well. Also, where are you installing the game? Is it on the internal hard drive or are you using an external one?

I have the same problem too. What is the solution?

Please try my suggestions in this thread.

As I said, there is no USB plugged into the console. Additionally, the game is included on the console's own disc.  My problem still persists.

Others have mentioned deleting and reinstalling the game has also resolved this. Can you try that?

I tried this twice, but didn't get any results. I also reset the console twice.

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I tried this too. I didn't get any results. Ea officials said this might be a bug. If there are different methods, I am open to suggestions.

When will the duplicate evolution player bug be fixed? It’s 5 months in the game and no sign of an update to fix it

That happened to me too, but now I’m having the same issue again. Were you able to solve it permanently?

Experiencing same issue on Xbox one.  It downloaded an update and now the game won't go past the white loading screen.  Consider the price of these games this is wholly unacceptable.  What is the actual fix it for without people losing hours of saved gameplay.  If this is the only way to resolve this, you should be offering some sort of compensation/refund.  There are people who make part of their living playing and investing in your games.  You are letting all your users down.

Like everyone else keeps telling you there is nothing plugged into the console. And if your game can't load with anything attached to the console then you have a serious issue to resolve, I'm currently trying the uninstall and reinstall method.  If this doesn't work, I'll be back in touch to try and get a refund from you.  You can't take people's money and then make excuses when when your game won't work.
