Extra seasonal track rewards??

Anybody else feel like EA should include possible extra rewards for seasonal levels? I started this season a week late but I'll be at level 40 within a week easily, and personally think that EA should implement something like - any bonus level achieved past the maximum of 40 gets you like an 83 x 10 or and 85 x 5. Nothing too extravagant but just something extra to keep it engaging, I'm going to be earning SP for around 12 days with no use to it at all, and they will still include it as an objective reward. I know some people struggle to finish a season as it is, which does feel slightly unfair don't get me wrong, but at the same time it's a waste putting so much in the game when you don't even need all of it.
