Community ManagerHi there. If you submitted a dispute, ToS should be responding within a couple of days of submitting it. If you don't get a response, open a new case and ask an advisor to check on it. Follow the instructions here for opening a case.
If you did get a response, but the ban wasn't overturned, you're welcome to submit another dispute. This can be done up to 3 times. This article has instructions for that.
Thanks for the quick reply, you are much faster than the people who manage the complaints.
It's been 48 hours and still no clear reply, I'm sure they're going to be very busy these days with that idiotic banning system automatically banning a lot of innocent players.
