Before any moderator or community manager from EA comes here saying that they do not solve a ban over here and only the TOS team does, let me tell you that your TOS team is garbage and does not do their job, no solution, no response, no direct communication after weeks of trying to get someone to talk to me about it.
I’m really sorry. Don’t know what else to say except that I’m infuriated reading your posts and I can’t imagine how much angrier I’d be if I was experiencing it like you are. Our legal system is based on some basic principles of due process and knowing what you’re accused of and being able to see the evidence being brought against you are basic rights that they ought to be honoring. The fact that EA does not see fit to afford you either of these is just wrong.
Every time I think my opinion of EA can’t slip any lower I read a post like yours and think “of course it can!” These guys seem to be intent on joining Comcast in the dungeons of all-time worst customer service. I read so many posts in here that don’t receive any acknowledgment from EA and I’m shocked at how little they seem to care. Basic stuff and their moderators/managers don’t do or say anything useful. Yours is perhaps the worst in terms of deserving immediate attention, but I can’t say I’m surprised at their inaction. Honestly, at this point what would surprise me most is for someone from EA to “appear” in here (the forum THEY created) and actually help customers. Needless to say, they won’t be getting anymore of my money until/unless I see big changes because what they are willing to do to you (one of us) they are capable of doing to ALL of us.
