Your quick sell recovery screenshot shows zero count. This could mean you have already used 5 recoveries given every 30 days. Recoveries only reset after the remaining 13 days. Nothing you can do at this moment.
Going forward, use 5 recoveries very carefully. It has given for accidental situation like you are facing now.
