Season 7 progress bug

can you please provide some more details? You are playing on Xbox, is that correct and could you post your Xbox Gamertag as well please?

Can you perhaps also upload some screenshots of how the Season Pass looks like for you where you can't claim the rewards?

This happened to me, I reached level 18, game glitched put me back to level 1, claimed rewards up until level 18. Paid for premium pass too, live chat useless. No help fed up 

My username is Oluchiri and yes I play on an Xbox. To clarify I was level 15 and then reset back to level one. I’m now level 8 but cannot reclaim rewards. I will attach 2 photos, one showing that I have reached level 15 previously (you can see that I have collected the rewards via the green tick) and one showing that I’m currently level 8. If you need any more information let me know.Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I'll pass this on to the team to look into. Could you please also provide the exact date and time including your time zone when the reset happened or rather when you first noticed it?
The same goes for you please, AaronMani​ and anyone else having the same issue.

I first noticed the issue around 8-10 days ago though I am not sure exactly when. I’m not too sure on the time I first noticed. My timezone is BST (UK) although I assume that doesn’t matter due to me not knowing when I first noticed 😊. I appreciate you passing on my issue, do you know roughly when I will hear back about whether or not it cannot be fixed? Also, if it cannot be fixed, would I be eligible for a refund as I purchased the premium pass with 500 fifa points?

Thanks for the response. It was roughly around about the same period of time too. I’ve been claiming endless objectives to boost the xp but I still need thousands to get to the next level as it reset the xp. It’s outrageous, most frustrating part is that I spent 500k coins on the pass. It happened maybe around the 8th May as I remember checking on my birthday and just having it glitched since then. It is still showing claimed up to level 18/19 but shows level 5 at the top, very frustrating for something that’s been going on for so long. Really wanted the finesse+ on the season pass to before weekend league now I’m at a disadvantage, furthermore, I should be eligible for right of withdrawal within a 14 day period however the online chat advisors lack basic knowledge and are very dismissive, if this wasn’t just a game I’d take further action to pursue this, but thankfully in the forums you guys are giving us some hope. Still find it absolutely crazy that a billion dollar company does not have quicker communication
