5 Days, 10 Support Requests, No Answers – Please Help!

 

Title: 5 Days, 10 Support Requests, No Answers – Please Help!

Hey everyone,

I’m at my wit’s end and hoping someone in the community might have experienced this or knows how to escalate it. For the past five days, I’ve been completely locked out of EAFC Ultimate Team on PS5. Despite 10+ attempts to contact EA Support, I’ve barely gotten a response—and when I have, it hasn’t helped at all.

The Issue:

  • I can’t log into the EAFC Web App or Companion App.
  • On PS5, the game loads, but online modes (including Ultimate Team) just stay on the loading screen forever. Eventually, I get the message:

“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.”

  • Other online games work fine, and my friends can play EAFC without any issues.
  • My EA account itself works (I can log into the website), and there are NO bans or restrictions listed on my account.
  • The last thing I did was some SBCs on the web app on Thursday/Friday. Since then, nothing has worked.

What I’ve Already Tried (And Failed):

✅ Reinstalling the game

✅ Reprovisioning licenses

✅ Changing WiFi settings / trying different networks

✅ Unlinking and relinking my EA Account with PSN

✅ Changing my password & re-verifying login

✅ Clearing console cache & restarting everything

And still—absolutely NOTHING has worked.

Why I’m Posting Here (Because EA Support Isn’t Helping)

  • I’ve reached out to EA Support 10+ times.
  • I’ve received TWO responses, neither of which addressed the issue.
  • I’ve begged them to check if there’s an invisible ban or if my Ultimate Team club is glitched, but they aren’t even looking into it.
  • I need this to reach someone who can actually investigate the issue.

Has This Happened to Anyone Else?

If you’ve ever dealt with something like this—or know of ANY possible fix—I’d really appreciate the help. Even if you just comment below to show support, maybe we can get some attention on this.

Also, if you know the best way to escalate a case beyond normal EA Support, please let me know. I don’t want to sit here waiting for another automated response that goes nowhere.
