Impossible to stay connected to EA servers

It's amazing how NOT A SINGLE EA SUPPORT was able to answer in more than 10 hours, such a busy monday... A week not being able to play normally (only able to play on 150+ ping through hotspot) because their servers can't just work normally like any other game and let people who spent 100$ play the game

STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM SUPPORT!! YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, trashy scamming money grabbing company, a week unable to play decently because with all the money they eat from us players they CANNOT manage to have decent servers in 2025, way to go EA "BRAVO"!! A week forced to play on 200 ping basically just gifting champs and rivals wins to every hard shopping noob because you can't fix a freaking server problem

You should try to go wired see if that makes a difference. You can also check your connection here is ea explaining how. If you see anything wrong after that you can try the connection faq see if that helps.  If you want ea to go over your connection.

Thanks for taking some time to answer me, i can't go directly wired, i tried to go wired through an extender and it didn't change anything, i also tried all that already, my connection never been amazing but it would allow me to play on a 50/60 ping and rarely had disconnections, now i can't even start a game or complete 2 SBCs without being disconnected

Does it happen at a certain time?  Every time you start a game?  Doesn’t give you an error message or anything?  Have you been able to play a game at all?  It could also be a bug if it’s something that is constant at the same time. The more info you add maybe someone else could help you. 

No it happens all the time, 24/7... Just the usual messages, either about "you disconnected, check your home internet" or "EA servers are unavailable at the moment". The only games i played recently were champs on an hotspot, on wifi i dont play a game since a week 

The same thing has happened to me since last week. My wifi speed is more than 300 Mbps and only connected to PS5, no issue with other online games. I was so upset, and then yesterday I tried to connect to my phone's hotspot (35 Mbps) and ridiculously connected really to Ultimate Team FC25 until now, no connection at all, very stable. Very strange, maybe you want to try
