When I try to launch FC 25, I get the following message: "This EA account is restricted from accessing online features." I contacted EA Support, and they told me to post my issue here in the forum. ...

I've spoken to EA many times, and they don't know what to do. Supposedly, a team of specialists is investigating this and will be in touch, but days have passed and they haven't responded.
