This EA account is restricted from accessing online features

Question

When I try to launch FC 25, I get the following message: "This EA account is restricted from accessing online features."
I contacted EA Support, and they told me to post my issue here in the forum. They confirmed that my account is not banned. However, the FC 25 Web App asks me to create a new Ultimate Team account, even though I already had one.
So far, EA Support has not been able to fix the issue.

I bought FC 25 ultimate edition 1 year ago, still "This EA account is restricted from accessing online features.", I tried everything. No one helps.

I've spoken to EA many times, and they don't know what to do. Supposedly, a team of specialists is investigating this and will be in touch, but days have passed and they haven't responded.
