constantly being kicked from games

How can a games company screw a game this badly? I am constantly being kicked from games due to connectivity issues saying the ea servers are unavailable however have no problem with my WiFi. This has lead to me not being able to complete my daily objectives twice and losing out on weekly rewards. I did the weekly play objective and didn't get the weekly play completionist reward for the first week and still haven't received compensation OR been progressed onto the next part which should have been done. Ea needs to fix this immediately.
