20-Year Fan—FC 26 Finally Feels Like Our Game Again

I’ve been playing this franchise for 20 years. And for the last 6? It’s been pain. Pure pain. Anyone who's stuck with it knows exactly what I mean—the junk we’ve been served year after year, the AI cheese, the broken metas, the feeling that skill didn’t matter anymore. I was at breaking point. I swore I wouldn’t spend another coin. But I gave it one last roll of the dice and preordered FC 26.

And WOW. I’m mind blown.

Competitive play is finally competitive. Fast, fluid, responsive. No more AI this, AI that—you actually have to play. Out of 30+ games, only 2 felt sluggish. The rest? Pure football. Attacking play feels incredible. It’s all about timing, creativity, and actual skill. You can build plays, improvise, and it works. 95% of the game is YOU. No more sitting back and letting the AI defend for you. That meta is dead—and good riddance.

I never post feedback. But I had to log this somewhere. FC 26 feels like the game we’ve been begging for. EA, please—don’t mess this up. You’ve got us back. I’m addicted again. I’m even tempted to throw you some money on packs (and that’s saying something). Use your greed wisely: give us good gameplay, and the fans will respond. ❤️❤️❤️
