Completely agree. I too play my way, even though it means I continously get destroyed. I'm not here to play the way a pro or a 'influencer' does.
I use a formation and strategy that I like but that does mean missing out on a lot of the rewards as in live events I get 6 attempts to beat someone who is several dozen skill levels above me.
I'm sure a nice easy win is wonderful from their perspective but getting battered all the time wears thin. I wouldn't mind as much if I was watching breath taking football, but I'm not. I'm watching the same formations with the same 'meta' players and mechanic abusing strategies.
