Packs and packing a promo card

When you spend $100 and 1 million in game coins and get the same 5 or 6 cards it’s very dissatisfying and you only get those promo from packs containing only guaranteed promo cards as other packs don’t give 

I just did 24 80X4 picks and got zero promo cards

i I don’t want start talking about problems in game play and how opponents use the same formations each game and how they score in the same manner or how stupid AI defending is ruining the game rather then cheaters on pc and profile swap glitch os PS5

Is this how you want your game to look like EA as for this state I’m only playing because of the football passion but the game is terribly very bad
