Player Freeze

The game is literally unplayable for me since its release and the help chat told me it’s going to be fixed in 24 hours and it’s been 4 days since that. Whenever my player receives the ball, a shaded black screen pops up in the middle of the screen and my controlled player freezes till I lose the ball and keep happening all the time, I literally can’t play the game
