PS5 Playtime Not Communicating Data to Automated Servers - Market Access
I have playtime activated so it can track my hours and games on the console and on the app, but my match counter doesn’t track my games properly. So it’s logging hours but not tracking games played throughout the week. I have no idea how to fix this to get my games to track. My playtime hours completely resets altogether every single time I play online in a rivals or online game. I cannot figure out how to make it work so I can unlock the market. It’s so frustrating and ruining this game for me.
Just had a full conversation with ea support and they said that there is nobody to contact in the developer team to investigate this and that they won’t follow up with the “feedback” provided after reviewing the case. They told me that they could see I have done 396 games on the account but then why does the playtime feature not portray this?
