False Permanent Ban + Missing Penalty Record & Failed Steam Unlink Request
I’m posting to formally complain about the unfair permanent ban on my EA FC account. EA falsely accused me of coin distribution and permanently locked my online access without any prior warning.
All my FUT trades were only selling spare players at normal market prices, I never bought, sold or transferred coins across accounts. I’ve attached my original Steam game purchase receipt to prove I’m a legitimate paying player. I submitted multiple appeals for manual investigation, but only received identical template replies every time. I strongly suspect my trade logs were never actually reviewed, and EA totally ignored all my evidence and reasonable demands. Worse still, my Penalty History page now shows "No history" with zero violation records, but my account remains locked permanently for no clear reason.
Additionally, EA refuses to manually unlink my bound Steam account from this banned EA account, which traps my independent third-party platform assets. This inconsistent record display, zero real investigation, one-sided permanent punishment and refusal to release my Steam binding severely violate fair service principles.
I demand EA complete a real manual audit of my account, lift this wrongful ban, or fully unlink my Steam account as I requested many times.
Hey BlastMercury,
I'm afraid we cannot make any changes to your account or any penalties via the forums. Any bans would need to be addressed with these steps to have the Terms of Service team look into a situation further. The steps also cover appealing even if the ban does not appear in your Penalty History.
I do see you've mentioned already appealing multiple times, but if you'd like that looked into again you'd need to submit another appeal. A different member of the ToS team reviews each appeal unless it's reached a point where they've let you know it won't be reviewed further.
Otherwise, while they may use templates to provide consistent information to those in similar situations, these are reviewed manually by a different member of the ToS team with each appeal. Resuming a case from your case history page or reaching out through the link above will be the only way to have this reviewed further, thanks!
