Player Career Needs More Life and Personality

Dear EA SPORTS FC Team,

Player Career has incredible potential, but one thing is missing: the feeling that you're actually living the life of a professional footballer.

Players should have meaningful interactions that affect the world around them.

For example:

- Allow players to speak to their manager if they feel the team's tactics aren't working.

- Give players the option to tell the coach they're unsettled or want a new challenge.

- Let players choose their football idols and role models, with those choices influencing their development and playing style.

- Introduce conversations with teammates on and off the pitch.

- Allow players to build friendships, rivalries, and leadership within the squad.

These conversations shouldn't just exist for immersion—they should have real consequences.

For example:

- If a player complains that the team lacks chemistry or togetherness, the manager should have the choice to address the issue or ignore it. Over time, that decision should affect morale, performances, and dressing-room atmosphere.

- Strong friendships between teammates could improve chemistry, passing combinations, and understanding on the pitch.

- Rivalries could create tension, reduce chemistry, or even motivate players to perform better.

- Becoming a respected leader should allow experienced players to influence teammates and help improve morale during difficult periods.

Football is more than just ninety minutes on the pitch. It's about relationships, communication, leadership, and personality.

Adding these features would make Player Career feel like the journey of a real footballer instead of simply progressing through matches and increasing ratings.

Please continue building Career Mode into the most authentic football experience possible.
