wrong baned

 firstly  I have always followed the game rules.but I was wrongly banned without violating any rules, and the punishment given to me in the email and official website is inconsistent. The email said I was banned for 14 days for cheating, but when I tried to check it on web , it said I was permanently banned for illegal trading，Has anyone else encountered this situation？

ADD:I did not purchase coins，there is only 100000 coins in  my account， I just buy a totw KOKE and a thunder Yan Oblak,all cards I have sold is just one totw and some low price gold cards .and it is also impossible for me to use cheating software because I do not even play Division Rivals anymore.
