“You have lost your online connection. Check your home network.” - HELP PLEASE

EA_Vendcera​ been over a month now and i’m still having this issue, not a word back from ea and can’t connect to servers due to “home network” when my home network is fine. 

this is out of the hands of the consumer now, there’s nothing i can do. it is an internal ea problem, something on EA’s side is stopping my wifi from connecting to the servers, and many other people are UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME in which we’ve bought and spent money on. simple as that, we cannot play.

fix it now.
