5 times in a row ive been dq'd at end of champs game

i play on ps4 and my internet connection is entirely stable. at the end of my last five games regardless of the score ive been kicked from UT and had to recoonect to server. when i go back to UT it gives me the dnf warning.

anyone else have this issue or can advise on how i can 1. rectify the wins that are put as losses, 2. prevent this happening as playing games is meaningless until i can stop this.
