Bro, it's only happening to like 2% of players, they honestly don't care. It's digusting man. I actualy wonder if they even plan to fix it, its so sad this was my favourite game, now i can't even play it because the fps randomly drops to 10, 15 fps. A game that costs 70 euros... GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!
I am pretty sure its way more than %2 but you are right, they care console not pc.

Bro i’m also have a same issue, my game is still slow even offline, my pc is i7 7700 gtx 980 and 16 gb ram ddr4, i put everything in low settings but game still slow, i can’t even play when i started download this game i even pre order, so frustrated
If they can’t fix they should bring back our money… they didn’t care about pc platform
