Access Issue with Ultimate Edition Xbox Series X/S

Pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition and I’m trying to access today, however I am only able to access "FC News",, "Learn to Play" and "Upgrade" in the trial menu, therefore unable to access other game modes. Why has the UE pre-order not loaded correctly?
