Another crash

Question

This time the game crashed from testing in Moments. No error could be found, not even on Event viewer this time. This is 100% an issue with EA and not my system. So many people have the same problems. I tried deleting all the anticheat files to then repair the game with clean ones. This did nothing while last time i crashed it was clearly anticheat (EAAntiCheatService ,The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005) but now its not showing any error. Game was running fine before crashing.. I am just sad grinded for a team just to not be able to use it.

I have the same one and contacted ea support, but they told me they couldnt help me and told me i had to check forums hahaha, they dont even know what is this error about.

It’s definitely the anti-cheat. I’m getting an error too when I launch the game, and it even restarts my PC. I’m attaching a screenshot. I’ve been trying to fix this for a month, and I even formatted my PC, but nothing worked. EA support has been completely useless — they don’t even seem to know how to turn on a PC.

EA not designing the memory access of Anti-cheat and graphic renders with proper decouple, so graphic renders may attempt to access memory that is allocated to anti-cheat or the other way. I think that's what 0xC0000005 error code stands for.

So I don't think we'll have a fix on that, at least not shortly because it means a rebuild of almost the entire base layer.
