Update- Found something that may help. Went over to a friends place to log into UT and i managed to log into UT on his singtel wifi no issues, so whatever issues im having is down to my current singtel devices or plan. Callled singtel but same as what someone else claimed they say no issues on their end . I've opted to change my ONR and if that too fails its about time i just change ISP all together
If your friend is using Singtel as well then Singtel itself isn't the problem. Unless you telling me your friend is using other ISP then it make sense. Also if it works on FC25 and not FC26 then the issue itself has to be EA. I have friends using Singtel and they are able to play. For comparison, what plan / routers are you using?
