Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing a persistent Ultimate Team bug on EA SPORTS FC 26.

Every time I search for an online match (Rivals/Champs), the match loads with the Arsenal badge showing for both me and my opponent, then I get disconnected immediately.

The match does not count as a win or a loss.

I have tried:

• Creating a completely new squad in a new slot
• Changing badge, kits, stadium
• Turning off cross-play
• Repairing game files
• Restarting PC and router

The issue still happens, which suggests a squad sync / account-side bug.

I believe this is the known Arsenal Crest Disconnect issue, and I’m requesting an Ultimate Team squad sync reset / account fix from the server side.
