Awful Latency

So I’m playing on my Xbox series S and I either can’t connect to a game, lags me out and I get the loss or it’ll load me in, play 5 mins with 200ping then just kick me out and I get another warning…

Played a game of Fortnite and my ping was absolutely perfect no lag at all?

idk what’s going on but its annoying coz I wanna play FC26
