Both UT matches today I've had to quit because my team freezes

Both UT matches today I've had to quit because my team freezes due to lag but opponent is playing smoothly. Playing on PS5 / 2gb Ethernet connection. Never have connection issues until today's matches. I also have Cross-Play turned off.
