Can’t access Rivals mode

Hi, I still can’t access Rivals mode in FC 26 Ultimate Team. Because of this issue, I also haven’t been able to claim my weekly Rivals rewards. I see that many players are experiencing the same problem. Could you please confirm if the rewards will be automatically credited once the servers are fixed? Thanks.
