can’t connect to Ultimate Team, keeps returning to main menu

Subject: Unable to Connect to Ultimate Team on PS5 (Error: Returned to Main Menu)

Hi EA Team,

I’m experiencing an issue on PS5 where I’m unable to connect to Ultimate Team. Every time I attempt to enter, I get this message:

> "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."

It then forces me back to the main screen. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

• Troubleshooting I’ve already done:
• Restarted the game
• Restarted the PS5
• Checked internet connection (works fine with other online games)
• Signed out and back into PSN
• Checked EA server status
• Reinstalled the game completely
• Nothing has resolved the issue so far.

Can someone from support please look into this or confirm if it’s a server problem?

If anyone else has encountered this and found a fix, please share.
