Disappointed!!

I've been playing FC games and pre ordering them in time to play and enjoy but this is the worst I've have ever tried I can't even sign in to servers always getting signed off not getting progression for games I got it for ultimate can't even play that so I jumped to clubs that's even worse I wonder what was the point on pre ordering game to get a head start. I can't even play I'm disappointed for the amount of money I spend to play this.  How can you fix my game I've uninstalled it and installed back that doesn't work.
